By downloading or using the Accroo mobile application or by accessing any associated content, such as our website, the person or entity downloading or using the Service (“You”) signify (a) that You have read and understood these Terms of Use; and (b) that these Terms of Use have the same force and effect as a signed agreement. These Terms of Use cover all present and future features offered by your Accroo account, individually and collectively referred to as the “Service”.

This Service is provided exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or to minors who have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to open and maintain an account. In addition, You affirm that You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any portion of the Service), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to You, and are not obligated to support or update the Service. You agree that Accroo will not be liable to You or any third party in the event that we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any portion of the Service). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service will be subject to these Terms of Use.

We may change these Terms of Use at any time. Please review the Terms of Use each time You visit the Service. By using the Service, You agree to be bound by the most recent version of the Terms of Use.


Any links to third party sites or applications are provided for your convenience only. If you access a third party website or application from the Application, you do so at your own risk.

You understand that these Terms of Use do not apply to your use of such sites or applications.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for your use of any third party website, application, service or content.


Initial access to the Service is allowed to You via downloading the application and registering to use the Service. You are allowed access to the Service solely for the purpose of personal budgeting. Any use for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

While Accroo will make every effort to keep the Service available at all times, unforeseen events and maintenance issues may limit or deny access at times. As such, Accroo makes no guarantee whatsoever as to the availability of this Service.

Accroo contains cryptographic software. The country in which You reside may have restrictions on the import, possession, use and/or re-export to another country, of encryption software. It is Your responsibility to check Your country's laws, regulations and policies concerning the import, possession, or use, and re-export of encryption software before using the Service.

Due to the encrypted nature of Accroo, You acknowledge that Accroo has no ability or obligation to recover Your data if you forget Your password or lose access to Your email account.

Accroo reserves the right to block Your access to the Service if it has reason to believe that the Service is being misused or used for purposes other than the purpose.

You are free to terminate Your account at any time and any password and verification codes will be disabled upon termination.


You agree that you are responsible for all data charges You incur through use of the Service.


The Service will be provided from the date on which You download or register for the Service and accept these Terms of Use and will continue until terminated.

Accroo will apply reasonable measures to protect the security of the information uploaded by You when using the Service. It is Your responsibility and obligation to protect the security of Your credentials and personal devices. Accroo strongly recommends that You do not share Your credentials or devices with anyone.

Accroo will be entitled to apply security measures to protect the Service and will be entitled to block users (or IP addresses) identified or suspected as being used to access the Service without authorisation or for unlawful purposes including for disrupting or damaging the Service.


In Your use of the Service, You will not:

  • Violate these Terms of Use;

  • Create another account without our permission, if we have disabled Your account;

  • Use the Service in any manner that could disrupt, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service;

  • Obtain or attempt to obtain any content through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Service;

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities;

  • Use or display any trademarks or service marks owned by Accroo without our prior written consent.


We do not make any warranty about the reliability of the Service and do not guarantee the security of user data despite best efforts. The Service is provided “as is” and You agree to not hold Accroo responsible nor to seek indemnification for any damages as a result of the loss of use, data, or profits connected to the performance of the Service or failure in such performance. Furthermore, You will not hold Accroo liable or seek indemnification if confidential material is unintentionally released as the result of a security failure or vulnerability in the performance of the Service.

This Service is intended to provide general support to You in Your financial planning and budgeting but should not be treated as professional advice on any subject matter. Your financial situation is unique and any information obtained through this Service may not be accurate. We assume no responsibility for any loss that may arise from reliance on the information provided by this Service.


These Terms of Use are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction there.

If any of these Terms of Use is invalid, unenforceable or illegal in a particular jurisdiction, that term will be struck out for that jurisdiction only and the remaining terms will remain in full force.
